In Indian pulp and paper industry 30-35% of Mills total steam generation demand is replenished by Recovery Boiler and remaining is fullfilled by CFBC boiler. We are visioning to make 60% steam contribution of recovery Boiler and 40% of CFBC Boilers By the year 2025,by Implementing our revolutionary patents Two way feeding and Condensate sealing system and wet washing of raw material.

Indian paper industry especially Agro based industry are crumbling with high amount of Non Process element in their black liquor (as High as 20% of total solids). Some of the Mills are having chloride content as high as 6% in Black liquor as solids. We Visioning to reduce this chloride content to .5 in raw material and up to 1% in black liquor by the year 2025.

Indian chemical recovery boilers are having low thermal efficiency as low as 50%. We are visioning to bring this up to 70% by the year 2025, By increasing product black liquor solids as high as 80% even of agro pulp and paper industry by implementing our patent process.
