Main Raw material for CaO is CaCO3 Calcium carbonate to get a high purity CaO one must have high purity of CaO3.

Theoretcal energy requirment to produce 80% purity CaO is 2.6 GJ/M . In Paper industry this energy requirment goes as high as 12 GJ/Mt for recycling lime Sludeg.

By this patent Process someone can be able to get 80% purity lime by consuming only 4.5 GJ/Mt energy.

In this process we desilicate lime sludge and then sludge under goes for pelletization.
